Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre operations. You will be cross-trained across departments, mentor staff, and support the General Manager in daily functions. This role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond through the Management Accreditation Program.

The position requires 18+, HS diploma or GED preferred, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. A strong focus on guest service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager's direction.
• Coach and train team members in their functions.
• Assist in all theatre departments and functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
• Deliver superior guest service.
