Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and required local/state certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for staff handling alcohol.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude on every shift.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to take and follow directions and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support General Manager's decisions and staff communications.
• Work in all departments and perform theatre job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observe and participate in theatre and equipment inspections.
• Report repairs and safety issues to the General Manager.
• Enforce dress code and guest service standards.
• Ensure policy adherence and high ethical conduct.
• Escalate employee relations issues per policy.
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct standards.
• Identify and sanitize high-contact areas; use PPE as needed.
• Support cleaning tasks and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
