You’ll support the General Manager, help deliver superior guest service, and participate in the Management Accreditation Program path toward senior roles.

The role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and leadership to guide teams, manage reports and safety procedures, and uphold Cinemark standards in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and high school-level education.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Ensures policy adherence and operational standards theatre-wide.
• Interacts with guests to deliver superior service.
