A management accreditation track is available, with growth toward Senior Assistant Manager and beyond. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and can commit to flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in theatre operations and policy adherence.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Manage cash handling and guest service excellence.
• Coordinate with General Manager on staff communications and reports.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to guidelines.
