Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and drive exceptional guest experiences.

You will collaborate across departments, train team members, and assist the General Manager in implementing policies and coordinating daily activities to maintain high service standards. The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Completed Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completed basic food handling training and any local required certifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all theatre departments and operations.
• Train and coach Team Members in their functions.
• Support General Manager's decisions and communicate with staff.
• Ensure dress code compliance and guest service quality.
• Report safety, maintenance, and repairs to the General Manager.
• Adhere to Cinemark guidelines and employee relations protocols.
• Handle cash accurately and manage time effectively.
