Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations, ensuring adherence to policies and high service standards. You will be cross-trained across departments and supported in leadership training through the Management Accreditation Program.

The role offers opportunities to advance to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the program and gaining six months' experience, while contributing to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Must complete basic food handling training and obtain required local/state certifications.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff communication.
• Work in all departments and theatre functions; train and coach team members.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
