Job summary

Regal is seeking team members in Westlake, OH to perform Box Office, Concession, or Usher duties with emphasis on guest service and compliance with policies. Roles include operating POS, handling cash, upselling premium experiences, and maintaining a clean theatre environment.

Applicants should have cast certification progress, willingness to complete food safety and beverage training where applicable, and strong communication skills for guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and reach conclusions based on evidence.
• Possess excellent communication skills with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so.
• General cleaning duties; and
• Compliance with our company dress code.
• Box Office: operate POS system with cash, credit, and tickets; upsell; promote Crown Club; ensure MPAA policy compliance; answer guest questions.
• Concession: operate POS; manage inventory; promote Crown Club; ensure food safety; upsell; wash/clean equipment.
• Usher: tear tickets; direct patrons; enforce MPAA rating; inspect theatre; assist guests with seating; conduct in-auditorium checks.
