Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff for concession and usher roles in our Ohio theatres. You will operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions, promote rewards, and ensure high standards of guest service. Ushers direct guests, check tickets, monitor safety, and maintain theatre cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash/credit transactions with accuracy.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program and upsell concessions.
• Direct guests to seats and enforce MPAA rating rules in theatres.
• Perform in-auditorium concession sales and maintain cleanliness of auditoriums and facilities.
