Job summary

Regal is hiring Floor Staff to ensure guests receive exceptional service in box office, concessions, or usher roles. The position favors candidates with strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to follow MPAA rating rules.

Ideal candidates will be capable of handling cash and POS systems, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean, safe theatre environment while upholding Regal policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program and progress toward completion required.
• Alcohol training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office and Concessions, ensuring accurate cash handling and POS use.
• Promote Regal Crown Club and up-sell Premium Viewing Experience options.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety standards in assigned areas.
• Direct patrons to seats, check MPAA ratings, and ensure customer satisfaction.
