Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier, or progress towards completion required.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and handle cash, credit cards, and vouchers with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Direct patrons to auditoriums, enforce MPAA ratings, and answer guest questions.
• Perform in-auditorium concession sales and maintain cleanliness of areas outside the auditorium.
