Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support theatre operations across concession and usher roles. Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining clean concession areas.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier, or progress toward completion.
• If theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash handling accuracy and manage concession stock.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program and upsell/suggestive selling.
• Operate concession equipment and ensure food safety compliance and breaks are observed.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons, inspect bags, and assist seating as an Usher.
• Enforce MPAA rating system and monitor theater safety, cleanliness, and restrooms.
• Attend to opening/closing duties and maintain theatre areas.
