Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles across our theatres. You will ensure exceptional guest service, handle tickets, assist with concessions, and maintain a clean, safe environment in line with company policies.

The position requires attendance, ability to handle emergencies, and compliance with dress code. Cast certification and food safety knowledge are preferred. Training on beverage service may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier, or progress towards completion.

Responsabilités

• Operate POS system and manage cash drawer accurately.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Sell tickets in accordance with MPAA ratings and company policy.
• Support concessions operations including cash handling and stock inventory.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons, and enforce seating and MPAA guidelines.
• Conduct in-theatre inspections and maintain cleanliness and safety.
