Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and uphold policies and standards. You will be cross-trained across departments and contribute to training and development of staff.

The role offers opportunities to progress to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Flexibility with hours is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Complete basic food handling training and obtain any required local/state certification or health card.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions in staff communication.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports.
