Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed. You will be cross trained across departments to support where needed and to provide training to Employees.

The role offers a path to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months in the position. Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager, coaching staff, preparing reports, and ensuring high guest

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses within the program.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Responsible for Safe Alcohol Service training if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their functions.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitors theatre facilities and equipment and reports repairs.
