Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and any local/state certifications.
• Alcohol service training for managers handling alcohol.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Team leadership and ability to train others.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager and support staff.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspect theatre, property, and equipment; report repairs.
• Ensure dress code compliance.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Enforce Cinemark Guidelines with staff.
• Report employee relations issues to the General Manager.
• Maintain high work ethic and code of conduct.
• Identify and sanitize high-contact areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
