Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure high standards across departments. You will be cross trained to support all functions and to train employees, ensuring consistency with Cinemark’s policies and service goals.

The role provides growth through the Management Accreditation Program and advancement to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after six months of proven performance. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Interacts with Guests for improved service and ensures Team Members provide excellent customer service.
• Ensures theater policies, dress code, safety, and security are followed.
