Job summary

Texas Instruments offers the FAST program to fast-track early-career engineers into Technical Sales roles. The 8-month track combines Field Sales Office, Mass Market and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing rotations to build customer relationships and sales skills.

Rotators gain exposure to TI's sales processes, tools and internal teams with the goal of joining the Worldwide Sales & Applications team as Technical Sales Representatives. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
• Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
• Ability to balance strong technical skills with solid relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Using technical expertise, various sales tools and relationships with engineering teams to identify projects
• Managing and quantifying leads, and managing the commercial aspects of customer relationships
• Developing, forecasting and monitoring an annual plan for revenue growth
