Job summary

Texas Instruments invites candidates to join the FAST Development Program for Technical Sales Engineering. This 8-month track blends technical training with customer-facing experience through three rotations, including a four-week Headquarter Experience in Dallas.

Participants graduate as Technical Sales Representatives and gain exposure to TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications teams, building networks and driving revenue growth on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in local language and English, both written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify projects by using technical expertise, sales tools, and relationships with engineering teams.
• Manage and quantify leads and the commercial aspects of customer relationships.
• Develop, forecast and monitor an annual plan for revenue growth.
• Participate in rotations across Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and BU/SEM to learn TI processes.
