Job summary

Texas Instruments offers the FAST program tracks within the Sales & Applications team to prepare you for customer-oriented careers combining technical skills with business insights. The 8-month Technical Sales Engineer track includes three rotations in Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and BU/SEM to build broad customer exposure and cross-functional collaboration.

Upon completion, rotators transition to Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) on TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team, focusing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field.
Cumulative GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.
Ability to balance strong technical skills with relationship-building capabilities.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions.
Strong time management for on-time delivery.
Ability to build strong relationships and drive results.

Responsibilities

Using technical expertise, various sales tools and relationships with engineering teams to identify projects
Managing and quantifying leads, and managing the commercial aspects of customer relationships
Developing, forecasting and monitoring an annual plan for revenue growth
