Red Seal Recruiting Ltd. is seeking bold sales professionals to bring wireless products and services to market in Hawaii. You will cold call, prospect and close business while earning with commissions and base pay.

Expect ongoing sales training, benefits, and strong growth potential as you build your own territory and drive revenue through strategic proposals and effective negotiations.

Competenze

• We’re looking for fearless cold callers who can combine intense self-motivation with well-developed time-management skills.
• Proven track record of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a quota-driven environment is key.
• Effective negotiators and closers who can prepare, deliver and follow up on proposals and pricing quotes.
• Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail.
• Proficient using a computer, typing, using Outlook, and solid business writing skills.
• Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce is a huge plus.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• 1-2 years B2B sales experience.

• Target businesses and recommend wireless solutions by suggesting service plans, data and other enhanced services, and successfully negotiate and close business.
• Prospect a large territory rich with potential new business clients to maximize hunting opportunities.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, and networking.
• Devise creative and effective sales approaches to negotiate and close deals.
• Receive team support and access to leadership and resources to deliver excellent customer service and sales experiences.
• Fully utilize sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools.
• Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
