Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with hands-on territory execution, strengthening volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across assigned areas in the United States.

The role partners with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and local volunteers to build territory-specific strategies, deepen relationships, and sustain engagement momentum throughout the year. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with volunteer recruitment and community engagement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory volunteer recruitment strategies with local partners.
• Support stewardship, engagement, and recognition initiatives year-round.
• Coordinate events and recognition activities, including local Volunteer Week programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with volunteer leaders, community groups, and organizations.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors to adapt national frameworks to the territory level.
