Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a Territory Volunteer Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution, strengthening recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across territories. You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, staff, and Area Leads to tailor local volunteer strategies and sustain momentum throughout the year.

You’ll build relationships with community partners, customize local engagement approaches, and help ensure consistent, mission-centered volunteer

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Work Week: Full time, M-F; occasional weekends; Travel: 30%.

Responsibilities

• Build territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies and provide hands-on recruitment support.
• Develop stewardship and engagement plans to deepen volunteer connections year-round.
• Coordinate recognition activities, including National Volunteer Week at the territory level.
• Foster relationships with local organizations, volunteers, and staff to sustain momentum.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors and Territory Leads to apply best practices and tools locally.
