Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution, enhancing volunteer recruitment, stewardship, and engagement across designated areas. You will collaborate with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and local partners to tailor strategies, strengthen relationships, and sustain year-round momentum for volunteers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, 4–6 years of experience, and travel around 30% to various territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Travel: 30% with work in multiple territories.

Responsibilities

• Builds territory-and-area-specific volunteer recruitment, stewardship, and recognition strategies.
• Provides hand-on support to territory teams for recruitment, engagement, and recognition efforts.
• Develops relationships with local organizations, community partners, volunteers, and leaders.
• Collaborates with Territory Area Leads to customize local engagement approaches.
• Utilizes dashboards and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supports National Volunteer Week and other recognition activities.
