Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution, strengthening volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across designated areas. You will work closely with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and local partners to implement territory-specific strategies and sustain year‑round momentum.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, plus travel (~30%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in ALSAC Territory preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies.
• Provide hands-on recruitment support across assigned territories and connect with local groups and partners.
• Support stewardship, engagement, and veteran recognition activities throughout the year.
• Build and maintain relationships with territory staff, volunteers, and local organizations.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors to apply national frameworks and customize training as needed.
