Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory execution, strengthening recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across assigned territories. You will work with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and staff to build territory-specific volunteer strategies and momentum throughout the year.

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 4–6 years of experience. This is a full-time role with travel averaging 30%; candidates must reside in ALSAC eligible states,

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Full-time role with travel ~30% and residency in eligible ALSAC states.

Responsibilities

• Build territory-specific volunteer recruitment, stewardship, and recognition strategies.
• Provide hands-on support for recruitment, engagement, and recognition efforts.
• Develop relationships with local organizations, volunteers, and leaders.
• Collaborate with Territory Area Leads to tailor local engagement approaches.
• Support staff in creating welcoming, mission-centered volunteer experiences.
• Maintain year-round momentum through local communications and events.
• Partner with VOE Advisors to implement tools, templates, training, and scalable processes.
