Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory-level execution. You will support recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across assigned territories, collaborating with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and local volunteers to drive a hands-on, locally tailored volunteer program.

The role focuses on building relationships, planning recognition activities, and ensuring consistent volunteer experiences across markets.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Several years of experience in volunteer recruitment or community outreach.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies and provide hands-on support.
• Support stewardship strategies to maintain ongoing volunteer engagement.
• Assist with recognition events and National Volunteer Week activities at territory level.
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, volunteers, and community leaders.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors to adapt national tools and training for local use.
• Support year-round momentum through communications, events, and engagement touchpoints.
