ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to bridge national VOE strategy with territory execution, supporting recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across assigned territories. You will collaborate with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, and local Area Leads to tailor strategies and deepen local relationships.

This role drives volunteer momentum throughout the year and ensures consistent, mission-driven experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Work Week: Full time, M‑F Occasional weekends Travel: 30%
• Experience working in an ALSAC Territory preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies and provide hands-on support.
• Foster stewardship strategies to maintain volunteer connection and engagement year-round.
• Coordinate recognition events and use VOE tools for consistent volunteer experiences.
