Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a VOE Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with territory-level execution, strengthening volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across assigned territories. You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, ALSAC staff, and Territory Area Leads to tailor local volunteer strategies, deepen relationships, and maintain momentum throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Work Week: Full time, M-F; occasional weekends; Travel: 30%.
• Experience in an ALSAC Territory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment strategies.
• Support stewardship strategies to maintain volunteer engagement year-round.
• Plan and coordinate volunteer recognition activities, including National Volunteer Week.
• Build relationships with territory staff, volunteers, and local organizations.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors to apply national frameworks and tools.
• Ensure consistent, welcoming volunteer experiences across territories.
