Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a Territory Liaison to connect VOE strategy with local execution, strengthening volunteer recruitment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement across territories. You will partner with VOE Advisors, Territory leadership, staff, and Territory Area Leads to tailor territory strategies, deepen relationships, and sustain engagement year-round.

The role focuses on building relationships, coordinating local activities, and ensuring consistent, mission-driven volunteer experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory-specific volunteer recruitment, stewardship, and recognition strategies.
• Build relationships with territory staff, volunteers, and local organizations.
• Support volunteers with onboarding, engagement, and recognition activities.
• Utilize data, dashboards, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with VOE Advisors and Territory Area Leads to implement best practices.
