Responsibilities

• Builds and supports territory- and area-specific volunteer recruitment, stewardship, and recognition strategies.
• Provides hands-on support to territory teams for recruitment, engagement, and recognition efforts.
• Develops relationships with local organizations, community partners, key volunteers, and volunteer leaders.
• Works with Territory Area Leads to customize local volunteer engagement approaches based on market needs.
• Supports staff and volunteer leaders in creating consistent, welcoming, and mission-centered volunteer experiences.
• Helps maintain year-round volunteer engagement momentum through local communications, events, stewardship, and recognition touchpoints.
