Job summary

Medtronic plc in Louisville, KY, seeks a Vascular Sales professional to grow territory and promote Medtronic’s PV portfolio. You will work with physicians and care teams to plan procedures, provide clinical support, and drive therapy adoption.

The role requires frequent travel within the territory, with evenings and weekends as needed to support business needs. A valid driver’s license is required and experience in medical devices sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience in B2B or healthcare sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to educate medical personnel and drive therapy adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market-share objectives.
• Identify opportunities across accounts to expand partnerships and maximize business performance.
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling and clinical discussions.
• Influence and close opportunities through value-based selling and contract optimization.
• Expand market growth by generating leads, representing Medtronic at industry events, and differentiating solutions.
