Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Vascular Sales Specialist to drive territory growth across a defined South Dakota region. You will promote, sell, and service vascular products while collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to expand access and improve patient outcomes.

The role requires extensive field experience in medical devices, strong clinical expertise, and the ability to educate staff, manage accounts, and present compelling value-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years with HS or 10+ with associate or 8+ with bachelor's in sales/clinical roles.
• 8+ years B2B or Healthcare Sales; 6 years experience selling medical device.
• Degree in biological science or business preferred.
• Knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocol.
• Top 10% past performance; President’s Club winner.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Develop accounts and expand the product portfolio to maximize business performance.
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling and presentations.
• Influence and close opportunities through value-based selling and cross-functional collaboration.
• Represent Medtronic at industry conferences and customer events to differentiate solutions.
