The ideal candidate will have B2B or healthcare sales experience in medical devices, knowledge of OR/hospital protocols, and a proven track record of top performance.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years in sales, or Associate's with 8+ years, or Bachelor's with 6+ years in sales/clinical roles in medical devices.
• Experience selling medical devices or capital equipment is preferred.
• Experience in operating room, hospital, or physician office protocol/conduct is desirable.
• Top performance history (e.g., Presidents Club) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive territory growth by executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue and account objectives.
• Identify opportunities across accounts to expand customer partnerships and maximize performance.
• Build relationships with physicians, administrators, and stakeholders through consultative selling and clinical discussions.
• Influence and close opportunities using value-based selling and contract knowledge.
• Represent Medtronic at industry events and differentiate solutions from competitors.
