Job summary

Medtronic plc in the United States is seeking a Therapy Development representative to drive adoption of vascular therapies, train medical staff, and expand market share for PVH carotid and related products. You will build accounts and execute sales strategies in your territory with integrity and a focus on patient outcomes.

Travel approximately 60% is required; you will bring strong clinical knowledge, sales experience in medical devices, and the ability to develop relationships with physicians,

Qualifications

• Must have sales/clinical or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Ability to travel at least 60%
• Must be able to train medical staff on new products and procedures.
• Experience launching new products and driving adoption in hospital/OR settings.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales, budget, and account development targets.
• Launch new accounts and drive therapy growth with vascular products.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve objectives.
• Identify target accounts and convert to increase market share.
