Medtronic is seeking a high-ambitioned sales professional to lead the growth of its Endovascular business across an assigned US territory, focusing on strategic account development and patient-centered outcomes. You will partner with healthcare professionals to deliver product expertise, procedural support and education that elevates patient care.

The role requires frequent travel (up to 80%) within the territory, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma with 12+ years, or an Associate's with 10+ years, or a Bachelor's with 8+ years in sales/clinical or related roles in medical devices/healthcare.
• Experience in Aortic sales preferred and track record of top performance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve or exceed sales goals and drive market growth.
• Drive territory growth by identifying opportunities within accounts and expanding market presence.
• Support physician procedures by providing clinical expertise and real-time product support during procedures.
• Build strong internal partnerships and communicate market, customer, and competitive insights to drive sales execution.
