Job summary

Rush Truck Centers is seeking a Medium Duty New Truck Sales Representative to solicit truck sales in an assigned territory, typically in person and away from the dealership. You will self-generate opportunities, maintain territory relationships, and build a strong pipeline while coordinating with service, finance, and insurance teams to close deals.

The role requires regular travel, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate prospective customers and opportunities within assigned territory.
• Maintain relationships in territory; make personal sales calls at customer locations at least three days a week.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with outside calls and follow-ups on quotes.
