Job summary

Rush Truck Centers in the United States seeks a New Truck Sales Representative to drive truck sales in an assigned territory, with in-person customer visits and a strong emphasis on building a robust sales pipeline. The role requires regular field activity and coordination with service, finance, and insurance teams.

The ideal candidate will have a GED or high school diploma, 1 year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• One year related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing customer opportunities within territory.
• Manage 10–50 key accounts and 20–100 retail accounts.
• Make in-person sales calls at customer locations at least three days per week.
• Build a strong sales pipeline with regular outside visits and quotes.
• Document all activities in Microsoft CRM weekly with detail.
