Job summary

Tremco CPG is seeking a sales professional to manage and grow key accounts in the Twin Cities Metro area. The role emphasizes driving revenue, margin, and product mix through strategic account management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will develop business opportunities, deliver technical collateral, and maintain deep product knowledge while traveling within the geography to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Two plus years related experience in the commercial construction industry
• Knowledge of EIFs, Facades, and/or stucco application
• Basic knowledge of product chemistries

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
• Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration and strategic initiatives.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout territory.
• Delivers technical, high quality collateral, prospectus and presentations to support the sales process.
• Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate product knowledge training sessions with customers.
• Leverages technology for lead generation, account maintenance, forecasting and reviews.
• Maintains professional image by following policies and procedures.
