Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand our customer base in the assigned territory and maximize product adoption across multiple lines of Tremco CPG. You will engage with decision makers, qualify opportunities, and deliver technical collateral and compelling proposals.

You’ll travel within the territory, manage relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to meet aggressive sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years construction/industry experience for HS diploma route.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals.
• Develop new account opportunities within assigned territory.
• Manage accounts and build strategic relationships with decision makers.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities.
• Prepare annual territory plans and monthly forecasts.
• Follow standard sales process to qualify prospects and close deals.
• Deliver technical collateral and presentations to customers.
