Job summary

Tremco’s Technical Sales Rep in the Miami area is responsible for meeting revenue, margin and product mix goals by securing and developing key accounts including architects, designers, contractors and distributors. The role focuses on driving specifications and opportunities for Tremco CPG products in the assigned territory and managing performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial construction experience
• Knowledge of waterproofing, sealants, air barriers, framing etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or related field
• High school diploma with 5 years construction/industry experience

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new accounts and expands use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
• Manages accounts with business development opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout territory.
• Develops trusted partnerships with customers and key decision makers.
• Prepares strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Follows standard sales process to identify prospects and close deals.
