Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Rep to drive revenue, margin and product mix in the Omaha, NE area by securing and managing architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and end-users. You will own performance metrics and forecast monthly results while collaborating with internal teams.

The role covers Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division in Omaha with a focus on product knowledge, training, and strategic account development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 5 years of construction or industry experience if only a HS diploma is held.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new account opportunities and expands Tremco CPG product use.
• Manages accounts to create business opportunities and partnerships.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities across territory.
• Delivers technical collateral, presentations, and communications.
