Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to secure and grow key accounts across the Twin Cities Metro. You will manage architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors and end users to meet revenue and margin targets.

You will develop and execute strategic plans, drive product specifications, and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, while traveling extensively within the geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in construction or related field.
• 5+ years in construction or related industry for alternative pathway.
• Experience with waterproofing, EIFs/facades/stucco knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and expectations.
• Develop new account opportunities and manage assigned accounts.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities across territory.
• Prepare and deliver strategic business plans with monthly forecasts.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge across lines and services.
• Travel within Twin Cities Metro to service clients and prospects.
