Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Technical Sales Rep to secure, develop, and manage key accounts in the Miami, FL area within the West Palm Beach, Lauderdale, and Miami territory. The role focuses on achieving revenue and margin objectives by engaging architects, designers, contractors, and distributors.

You will own performance metrics for assigned accounts, develop strategic territory plans, and present technical collateral to support the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with construction industry experience.
• Experience in commercial construction sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Develops and manages key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
• Maintains extensive product knowledge and delivers technical collateral and presentations to customers.
