Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. seeks a Technical Sales Rep to secure, develop, and manage architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts. You will meet revenue, margin and product mix objectives in the Miami, FL area.

This role supports Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing with the West Palm Beach, Lauderdale, Miami territory. You may live near these metros and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or construction management or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years related construction or industry experience noted in description.
• Strong communication, presentation and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and expectations in assigned territory.
• Develop and manage key accounts including architects, designers, and contractors.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities across Miami area.
• Prepare strategic territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Present technical collateral and training with internal/external customers.
• Travel within the territory as required.
