Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group in Minneapolis–St. Paul area is seeking a results-driven sales professional to secure and grow key accounts within the Twin Cities metro.

You will manage architects, designers, contractors, and distributors to meet revenue, margin, and product-mix targets while delivering high-quality technical collateral and training. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, forecasting monthly, and expanding product specs through strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Two plus years related experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Knowledge of EIFs, facades, and/or stucco application.
• Proven ability to develop and manage accounts and create strategic territory plans.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new account opportunities and increases Tremco CPG product usage in territory.
• Manages accounts with penetration, partnerships with decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities across the territory.
• Prepares annual territory plans with monthly forecasts.
