Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), part of RPM International Inc., seeks a sales-focused professional to manage key manufacturing partners and achieve revenue, margin, and product mix objectives across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, or Northeast territories. The role requires extensive travel nationwide and close collaboration with internal teams.

You will own performance metrics for assigned accounts, develop strategic business plans, and drive product specifications through the sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals and expectations.
• Develops new account opportunities to increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
• Manages accounts with strategic initiatives and partnership with key decision makers.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
• Delivers technical collateral, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the sales process.
• Attends industry conventions and trade shows to present Tremco CPG products.
