Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based sales professional to promote the Surgical Technologies portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers across the assigned territory. You will lead product evaluations, support procedures in OR and office settings, and demonstrate clinical and economic value to customers.

As the owner of your territory, you will grow existing business, identify new opportunities, and build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical/healthcare.
• Or degree with 5+ years in outside sales with strong performance history.
• Ability to travel and provide on-site support in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies to physicians, surgeons, and facilities.
• Lead product evaluations and on-site demonstrations.
• Provide clinical and economic value through in-services and training.
• Maintain and expand territory accounts; build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to drive growth and achieve targets.
• Track activity and report using approved tools and processes.
