Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote our portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers within your territory. You will lead product evaluations, support procedures, and demonstrate clinical and economic value while building strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

You will own your territory, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with regional leadership to execute growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Ability to support product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical environments.
• Strong relationship-building with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory performance by promoting and selling Surgical Technologies products and meeting sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
• Provide on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting during procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across hospitals and clinics.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
