Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote the portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers across your territory. You will lead product evaluations, provide on-site expertise, and drive growth by expanding accounts and building trust with surgeons and staff.

In this role you’ll travel throughout your territory, conduct demonstrations in OR and office settings, and partner with regional leadership to plan growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of quota-bearing outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments.
• Bachelor's degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales, B2B sales, or territory-based selling with a history of meeting performance goals.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical environments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in a clinical environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural settings.
• Support surgical procedures with on-site product expertise, guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, healthcare administrators, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts in the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through in-services and training programs.
• Track sales activity, customer interactions, and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
