Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies to promote, position, and sell the portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers across the assigned territory. You will lead product evaluations, support procedures in OR and office settings, and demonstrate clinical and economic value of solutions.

As the territory owner, you’ll grow existing business, identify new opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales goals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years external sales quota experience in medical devices or healthcare, or equivalent high-performance environment.
• Minimum 5 years outside sales/territory selling with a history of achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to meet sales objectives.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical settings.
• Provide on-site product expertise during procedures.
• Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, administrators and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts within the territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
